Knock off love to dream arms up swaddles

My daughter was 6lb 4 oz at birth and we used the halo sleepsack swaddle. We also loved the Love to Dream arms up swaddle and it’s what we’re using now with my son.

If its the arms up one it DEFINITELY worked for us. He would spend so much time and effort to get his arms out of any other swaddle. And if he couldn't he would freak out.

My daughter loved the Love to Dream arms-up swaddle sacks, and I wish we had used the same for my son two years ago. He got his hands free ALL THE TIME, and he slept terribly because of it.

i used love to dream arms up swaddles in the early newborn days bc she loved her hands and arms being up. she’d break out of every swaddle lol. eventually i transitioned to an arms out sleep sack at like one month old - she’s about to be 4 months old and im so glad i transitioned her out of a swaddle early so it’s one less thing to worry about now. but i’d say try the love to dream now in early newborn days!

Zippadee zip! My baby LOVED being swaddled and the zippadee zip is the only thing that he fell right asleep in. Sleep sacks and even the love to dream arms up swaddle did not work. I love the zippadee zip and love knowing he’s safe, even when he rolls.

At that age my baby really liked the Love to Dream arms up swaddle. Sleeping with her arms up was more comfortable for her.

We really like the arms up love to dream ones. I'd say 2-5 depending how often you do laundry.
Thread: "Confused about swaddles"
So much easier than fussing around with a traditional swaddles, esp in the middle of the night when you’re sleep deprived. We use love to dreams arms up swaddles - I think they’re on sale at the moment
Thread: "Tell me your experience with transition out of swaddle"
We went from halo to the love to dream arms up swaddle and then upgraded to the arms up transitional swaddle. Haven’t worked out of it yet haha. I also don’t swaddle her for naps so not too nervous to cut it out.

Second arms up swaddles, our baby sleeps much better in these with the same issues you were having. We also have the ergo baby and he doesn’t like them as much since his arms are still near his chest while he prefers them up closer to his face
Thread: "Need advice on baby sleepwear and swaddles"
We used the love to dream. It helped because even as a newborn he would wiggle and try to free his arms. Note: you cannot use the Love To Dream arms up swaddle when baby shows signs of rolling (usually around 3 months). Love to Dream has a transition sack where the “arms up sleeves” zip off. We used that because it still had the tightness around the mid section but his arms were free in case he rolled.
Thread: "Sleep sack vs swaddling blanket for 3M"
We have used the Love to Dream arms up swaddle since birth. LO is almost 12 weeks and she is starting to show an interest in rolling and I’m paranoid so we are using a transition swaddle now to slow transition her to arms out and will use the Halo Sleep Sack once we do.
