Privacy policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

heyparent is a content site. You can read everything here without an account, and we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Newsletter email. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the page you signed up from. We use it only to send the newsletter. Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email or by writing to us.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies and processes your IP address on our behalf; we use it only to improve the site, and we don't sell data or build advertising profiles.

What we don't do

  • No selling or renting of personal information, ever.
  • No ad-tracking pixels or third-party advertising networks.
  • No accounts, no passwords, no payment data.

Affiliate links

Outbound retailer links (e.g. Amazon) may include an affiliate tag. The retailer may set cookies on their own site under their own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.

Reddit content

Quotes on this site come from publicly posted Reddit comments, shown with their public username and subreddit. If you're the author of a quote and want it removed, email us and we'll take it down.

Contact & deletion requests

Send us a message to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
