Love the Abiie highchair. Keeps the baby in 90-90-90 posture, fully adjustable and super easy to clean. I have a messy eater who practically ate her solids of off the tray, the dishwasher friendly tray is an added advantage. As LO grows older you can just remove the tray and convert it to a chair. Makes a great addition to the dining table .

Not cheaper but I love my Abiie beyond
Thread: "Recommendations for high chairs?"
We have the Abiie Beyond Wooden High Chair (got it from Amazon). It looks great, has a pretty small footprint, and is super easy to clean. We love it! I got it because it seemed like a cheaper version of the Stokke Tripp Trapp - which I really coveted, but had trouble stomaching the price. We went on vacation and the beach house actually had a Tripp Trapp there, so I got to try it. Turns out, I think I’m happier with the Abiie! It seems easier to get Little Dude in and out of, and more easily adjustable. We have only had it for a few months, but I’m totally into it and it seems it will last us a good long time!!

We take it apart all the time. Has a topper that comes off and sticks in the dishwasher. Just try to avoid letting baby eat directly on the wood otherwise it'll start to wear it down.
Thread: "Unpopular opinion- I hate the Tripp trap "
Abiie Beyond!!! Absolutely love it. It’s modeled after the Tripp Trapp but fixes a lot of the issues and it’s more affordable. Love it. Easy to clean, great tray, easy click straps. Just all around a great high chair.
Thread: "High Chair Recommendations please which do I want and which to avoid"
Abiie Beyond is a cheaper, better version of the Tripp Trapp.
Thread: "Tripp Trapp or IKEA Antilop?"
The Abiie is similar to the Tripp Trapp but so much better & more affordable. So if you want something in the middle, I highly recommend it!

Thread: "Does anyone have the Abiie highchair. Do you have any complaints? Thinking of adding this to the registry"
I’ll be completely honest—I don’t think the Tripp trapp design is that good and I think it was a huge waste of money. I would take this over that just to save the cash if you’re absolutely dead set on the design.
Thread: "Does anyone have the Abiie highchair. Do you have any complaints? Thinking of adding this to the registry"
This is what we use! To me, it felt like a more affordable stokke knockoff. It’s fairly easy to clean, although the waist restraints can get a little gunky. I just soak them in soapy water about once a week and then they’re good as new. We also ditched the plastic tray attachment pretty quickly. It’s narrow and doesn’t really fit any standard size suction plates. The actual tray though is easy to wipe down, so this doesn’t bother me. All in all, I’m happy with it and baby seems happy with it too!
Thread: "Highchair feedback? - clikk, lalo, abiie, maxi cosi moa "
We love our Abiie Legit everything is removable and washable. Easy to assemble, easy to get babe in and out. Super easy to clean. Love that you can buy replacement parts, so if a cushion gets wrecked you can easily get a new one. I don't have to explain how to get babe in and out to anyone, no weird hidden latches or strange buckles
Thread: "Does anyone have the Abiie highchair. Do you have any complaints? Thinking of adding this to the registry"
We love ours! We didn’t use any plates with the tray. Just put food directly on the tray. My son still uses it as a toddler seat and sits at the table with us
Thread: "gnoring the price, which highchair do you recommend the most"

I have this one too (thrifted it for $30!) and I LOVE it
Thread: "High chair recommendations?"
I LOVE our abiie beyond high chair. Very similar to the Tripp Trapp but less expensive. And the colors are great. No complaints.
Thread: "Best High Chair?"
Abiie Beyond is similar and much cheaper!
Thread: "Best High Chair?"
i freaking LOVE our Abiie Beyond, and their customer service is top notch!! one of our buttons to lock the tray in got stuck in the lock position, still usable but not the safest set up. i emailed their customer support at like 8 oclock at night and they offered to send a new tray immediately, response time was less than an hour. then when i got the tracking info they had included a free bib as well !

Thread: "Best High Chair?"
We got the Abiie Beyond Junior Highchair. It was the top rated one on Baby Gear Labs and we like it so far. Easy to adjust and clean, sturdy and not too big of a footprint. You can bring it up to the table or use the tray. Only “con” so far is the EZ peazy mats are slightly too big for the tray Edit: autocorrect
Thread: "High Chair for Infants"

Thread: "High chair comparison (Stokke Tripp trapp vs Abbie beyond vs The Lalo)"
We have the abbvie and love it. The light wood color matches our dining chairs and scandi vibe. Easy to clean. Our kid is tall, almost 4, and it’s perfectly adjusted to his height to eat at the table with us. We bought an extra tray cover when he just started eating so one was always clean to use. Aesthetically, I liked the curved lines more than the straight edge Stokke. And I liked the curved step, no sharp corners for a toddler to bonk. It does have exposed screw holes. This is an easy fix, any hardware store should have little round stickers with wood grain on them. Get a pack, stick em on the chair and it looks super clean and just as high end as the Stokke.
Thread: "best high chair?"
We have the Abiie Beyond, which is similar to the stokke but less expensive and easy to clean. It doesn’t have some of the parts for newborns though so if that’s important to you I’d skip. Otherwise, we’re satisfied with it!
Thread: "Unpopular opinion- I hate the Tripp trap "
I just swapped out a chicco polly for this one and it's sooo much better. It matches my pinewood table and wipes down sooo easily! I wanted that ikea one but my kitchen is tiny and I have balance issues and was too afraid of it trying to trip me with the wide legs. Zero regrets on Abiie!
Thread: "High chairs"
We love our Abiie High chair ! Great quality, easy to clean, good customer services. A little bit less expensive to buy it directly from their website than from Amazon. The plastic cover goes in the dishwasher ! Overall very nice. Only downfall is the tray is a bit small so the regular plates with the succion doesn't fit. I wish I would have bought either the plates from their website at the same time so it's sure to fit or a second plastic tray. Overall it's a great purchase and we are pleased with it. Same spirit as the Tripp Trapp in the sense that it is adjustable and will grow into a normal chair but you don't need an infant insert ! Also love the Abiie Beyond! It was a hand-me-down from a friend and has been perfect - easy to adjust, easy to clean, solid, and looks rather nice in our dining room.
Thread: "High Chairs that DONT suck?"
We have an Abiie Beyond and really like it.
Thread: "Making the high chair decision.."
We have the Abiie Beyond Jr Chair which is similar in style/function to the Tripp Trapp. I think it is more narrow as it has different legs. The tray and cushions are easy to clean, its super easy to adjust, and lasting us well into our toddler years. We are going to buy another for this one.
Thread: "Confused about baby high chairs, looking for recommendations before we make the purchase"
Really? I love the Abiie one from Amazon. The foot rest works fine for me and my son is tiny.
Thread: "Confused about baby high chairs, looking for recommendations before we make the purchase"
We had the complete opposite experience! We love this high chair and haven’t run into any of the same issues. Love the removable top tray and we got ours second hand off marketplace.
Thread: "High Chair Recommendations please which do I want and which to avoid"
We have the Abiie Beyond for our twins and have had no issue cleaning it with a washcloth - today we did peanut butter and oatmeal and even that cleaned quickly 🤣 My only tip is full coverage baby bibs OVER the straps!
Thread: "Do you love or hate the Stokke Tripp Trapp?"
Abiie high chair is best I’ve ever owned. It comes apart so easy and quick to clean and is easily adjustable. Only high chair I could keep clean to save for additional kids without throwing away
Thread: "Does anyone have the Abiie highchair. Do you have any complaints? Thinking of adding this to the registry"
This was recommended to us by our SLP if we didn’t want to pay for the Tripp Trapp. We ended up finding a Tripp Trapp preowned for $200 with the tray and baby set so we got that but I was ready to get this one if I couldn’t find a good deal.
Thread: "Does anyone have the Abiie highchair. Do you have any complaints? Thinking of adding this to the registry"
It's a love-hate relationship. Little guy is 17mo (started using at 6). Yes, the wood does pucker if left wet for longer than a minute or two, and yes, it's a bummer. One thing I haven't heard much about is how worthless the footrest is. You see those metal screws/bolts just above the foot rest in the photo? That's where your baby's feet will be dangling for the majority of the time they're using the chair. It's a dumb design. The slots above it are too high except for maybe the first month, and at a year and a half, the slots below are too far for him still. But, I liked the price, the cushions are both very comfortable and very easy to wipe down, I think it looks nice, we use the tray 100% of the time (never used those silicone plates, so can't speak to that).
Thread: "High chair recommendations other than Tripp Trapp"
We got this after it was recommended by a friend. My baby is just about to start using it, but putting it together was a breeze, and it seems so sturdy!

Thread: "Overrated and underrated high chairs"
I agree completely about the Antilop. I’m happy it works for so many people, but we just don’t have the room for a high chair that takes up so much extra space and that we’d all be tripping over all the time. We have the Abiie beyond and it’s really great for us. I got a used one on Facebook Marketplace to save some $$. The tray can be pushed in so less food falls down into baby’s lap. It’s easy to clean and it’s compact and the parts are replaceable. I thought it was too expensive so we started with a different high chair and hated it. I should have just gotten the Abiie to begin with

This is what we went with, worked well and will be using for baby #2!
Thread: "best high chair recommendations - completely overwhelmed"
We got the Abiie highchair because it is extremely sturdy, easy to clean, and low footprint. I found it on marketplace for $50. It’s aesthetically pleasing too! I really wanted a dark wood highchair to match the vibe of our house (I’m not into all the light wood that baby stuff is generally made with) so I’m a fan!
Thread: "What high chair do you use?"
My friend has this one! I wish I had it, and will probably get it for baby #2 - we have the Lalo and it’s the worst.
Thread: "Stokke Clikk - love, hate, meh?"
I really wanted the Tripp trapp but it’s just too expensive to justify. I ended up going with the abiie beyond high chair. It’s not on the cheap end but similar range as clikk. So far I’m loving it! It’s so easy to clean and keeps baby in a good position. It’s also has a small footprint which was also important for us.

The Abiee has worked for us for 4 years, 2 kids. The major drawback are the fabric straps which get super dirty with food.

LOVE OUR ALBIIE BEYOND! I will tell anyone who will listen! We even got a second for my MIL since we are there so much . Planning on turning it into a desk chair for LO when he doesn't need a HC anymore.
Thread: "Overrated and underrated high chairs"
We love the Abiie Beyond too! Best parts for me are that it's easy to clean, doesn't take up a huge amount of floor space but is still stable, and feels safe even with the straps removed. Once I took the straps off, it became more versatile and I love it now!
Thread: "Abiie or Stokke Tripp trapp high chair?"
Tripp trapp!! It’s been around since the 70s. It’s a classic with easy resale value. We have 2. Have had them since birth with the infant insert and one has withstood daily abuse for 4.5 years and still looks great. I’d never heard of the Abiie so I looked it up. It basically looks and functions like … the Tripp trapp.
