Whatever your budget is, get one that has a good, solid, and spacious footplate. This is where your baby's stability will come from, to support themselves in an upright position for feeding. (I'm a paediatric feeding SLT - happy to provide more info if required) The IKEA highchair doesn't have a footplate but you can buy them through third parties. I have the Stokke Nomi, which is an evolution of the tripp trapp and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Stokke Nomi has been good to us. The base is huge which means I've definitely stubbed my toe on it but my kid loves it, she can climb into it, it's easy to clean.
Thread: "High chair recommendations other than Tripp Trapp"
We went with the Stokke Nomi! Same designer as Trip Trapp, but he designed the Nomi for his grand kids, so a much more practical, slimmer new age version. Easy to clean plastic, removable straps, slim profile, no fabric, few holes for food to hide, and adjustable height for their bottom AND legs. All great for our baby doing BLW. Our baby girl is on the shorter side, so this high chair was a total game changer compared to the Peg Perego Siesta we got as a gift, which I swear was meant for tall babies only.

I have the stokke Nomi and loveeeeee it

We have a Stokke Nomi. It's on the expensive side, but their philosophy is including the child into adult activities from the start. So it doesn't have a tray and is the perfect height to use with your dining table. To me, that's neat because a flat table feels easier to clean than trays and creases. The design is easy on the eye + has lots and lots of thought put into safety. Will the kid kick off a table and fall backwards? Nope, the two hind legs are super wide and have wheels. Yet, they're super low profile so you don't trip over them. There's also no good way for a little kid to grab onto it and tip it over onto themselves. The height is also easy to adjust (there are two knobs). It holds 250 lbs (or 220?) so you'll be able to use it for a while without needing a booster seat. Oh! And perhaps the biggest deal is the footrest. It's super duper wide and extends the amount of time a baby can spend in their chair. Cleaning is niceeeeee. Two flat surfaces + the "cage" that holds the baby from falling. All plastic and no grooves/creases/corners.

We have the Nomi. It is designed by Peter Opsvik, who designed the Tripp Trapp 30+ years ago, and the Nomi is basically his new updated design. The Nomi was sold by Evermove, but funny enough, recently, Stokke acquired Evermove, so now it's become under the Stokke brand, just like the Tripp Trapp. Anyhow, it is a splurge, probably one of the most expensive chairs on the market. Things we like: Looks nice. Small form factor. Very lightweight, yet still stable (baby likes to pull up to stand and push the chair sometimes). Fairly easy to clean. Easily adjustable. But, the big con is how expensive it is, so you want to make sure it's affordable for your needs.
Thread: "Convertible High Chair with adjustable footrest"
I have the stokke Nomi and I love it. I personally thought the trip traps looked hideous and I liked the more modern look of the Nomi. Baby is in a good position, has an adjustable foot rest and it's pretty easy to wipe down. Only con is price. I personally think it's worth it but everyone has different budgets.

Stokke Nomi, it is lighter and can be used as desk chair later!
