I’m in the same boat - decided to go with the Uppababy vista (used) and new aria car seat. I’d originally wanted to Nuna Pipa but didn’t buy before tariffs so priced out now.

We got the uppababy vista and a Nuna full size stroller as hand me downs. Both were WAY too heavy and bulky to take anywhere. They basically fill the whole trunk of my volvo xc40. I just got the Bugaboo Butterfly and I have a Nuna Pipa infant car seat. It can be put in the Bugaboo with adaptors without taking the regular seat out. We never used the bassinet attachment for the Vista, so for me it was a null extra. If you plan to walk daily in your neighborhood from birth and you have a garage that’s ground level, you could go for a stroller with bassinet, but if you plan to use the stroller for outings and travel, I would skip. Get the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 or the Uppababy Minu 3. Both just came out and you can put in overhead compartment. Pair either with a Nuna Pipa Infant carseat and then size up to a Nuna or Clek convertible car seat after 1-year old. Don’t get the uppababy carseat even if u get the Minu stroller.

Exactly the same as us! Uppbaby is nice and glides smoothly. The Nuna pipa is so high quality and comfortable.

I have the Cybex Gazelle S and I love it so far. My baby isn't due for another 2 weeks, so I haven't used it aside from pushing it around my house, but it's very easy to use. Feels sturdy and maneuvers beautifully. I like that when collapsed it can stand on its own, and folds relatively compact for transport. I bought the bassinet/cot to go with it so I have options other than the car seat for when baby is little. I'm also super jazzed about the shopping basket attachment (I don't drive so love the extra cargo space). The process to collapse it while relatively easy takes a bit of getting used to. As the salesperson said, it requires some "ompf". I'm still able to do so easily myself, but it takes practice to get the feel. My only other complaint would be regarding ease of car seat attachment. I bought the Nuna Pipa car seat as it required no additional adaptors. It's really easy to snap in, but not as easy to remove. I need to keep practicing as while it's as simple as pressing the buttons to release it, I find it requires some muscle to actually get it off the stroller, and that's without a baby in it. I'm hoping it gets easier as I actually do it more/break it in, but I'd have to say if I had one major complaint, that'd be it. I recommend going to a place like BuyBuyBaby that has those strollers in stock and practicing playing with them. I did that with my gazelle s and was super happy, but didn't practice the car seat part, which I wish I did.

I did the combo too! Uppababy Cruz & Nuna Pipa Rx car seat. I’ve worked with babies/kids for 15 years so I knew exactly what my favorites are! I don’t mind having to use an attachment every now & again & having the safest car seat is important to me. But I could just never get on board with the Nuna strollers. Never felt as good as the Uppababy ones (& this was while working in NYC so these strollers were getting a workout lol)

We ended up with Uppababy Cruz for daily use (thrifted) and are watching out for a Bugaboo Butterfly for travel when he’s a bit older. We walk in the paved neighborhood daily and are planning on using the adapter for his car seat (Nuna Pipa) for quick trips like doctor’s appointments/ etc. The Butterfly folds up so nice and will be great for airports/ etc.

Are they up to the GT3 now???? I barely learned about the 2 last year 😂 I originally fell in love with the plain old GT lol. I found all the baby jogger stuff folds compact (even the city mini with two seats easily fits in my Toyota Corolla trunk WITH a full diaper bag or a weeks worth of groceries) which I love. They fold flat instead of long with I like.

This is the way to go. Also, I’ve seen that the aria positions the baby in an uncomfortable way. Nuna pipa with uppababy stroller all the way

We bought our Bugaboo Fox 5 “barely used” on GoodBuyGear for like half price and it came like new and has been soooooo easy. Not too heavy, one handed fold, drives reallyyyyyyy smooth (even with a huge bag of bird seed from Sam’s club underneath, so we learned the other day), has a pretty large basket (I can grocery shop with it, and evidently haul the bird seed out of Sam’s club with it lol), works easily with our Nuna Pipa car seat, the bassinet is rated for overnight sleep (not all stroller bassinets are)…it’s been great. It was a wonderful find, and I would highly recommend searching for one second hand but still in great condition.

We had a Nuna n my cousin had the KeyFit - we flew to visit them n borrowed the KeyFit from them when we landed at the airport (I’m not going to discuss flying with babies. Don’t bother.) In comparison, they both offer similar safety - rebound bar on both. But the Nuna has a load leg. The main difference - the KeyFit is SOOOO much heavier than the Nuna. Literally the first time we buckled up baby n went to load her into the car, my husband (who does BJJ n is very strong) said “damn! Why is this thing so heavy?… I wish we’d brought the Pipa”. Literally each time we had to carry her in the car seat he kept grunting and saying “I really miss the Pipa”.

Second this! We have the Uppababy Cruz and got the used bassinet to go with it. The stroller is such a smooth ride for baby and easy to maneuver. It's expensive but for something we use multiple times a day, so worth it. We bought the nuna pipa car seat and adapter to use with it. It's perfectly great car seat and I've learned I don't care about car seats

I also got the cybex gazelle but paired it with the nuna pipa carseat because it was much lighter. I got helped from the sales associate at nordstrom otherwise I wouldn't have know that the nuna was compatible. Adapters come attached so no need to buy additional items. My baby isn't born yet either so I can't also review it. I got it because we plan to have another baby soon after.

I personally like the uppababy vista or Cruz stroller with a nuna pipa car seat. I’m expecting twins so I went with the vista with the nuna pipa but if you’re one and done Cruz and pipa

Anyone have an opinion on V1 vs V2? Currently have an option to buy a used V1 from 2019. Marketplace seller says in good condition. Or should we hold out for a more expensive, newer model?

I don't drive so we didn't bother getting the attachment for our carseat, though we did choose a carseat with an available attachment just in case (Nuna Pipa).

I purchased the Nuna Pipa car seat and stroller during Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale. It was originally $1,000 and I got it for $725 IIRC. So far I love having it and having a baseless car seat? Oh my god talk about a game changer! It’s the best!

We got the Joolz Aer+! We really love it. So lightweight, easy to maneuver and fold in seconds. We got the car seat adapter attachments and a compatible Nuna Pipa car seat, which has been our primary seat so far since our little one is still very small. We also got the flat bassinet attachment (second hand) which was great when he was super small and didn’t care to look around much yet. The only 2 downsides (which other lightweight strollers probably also suffer from) are the wheels aren’t large so if you’re in rough terrain like a bumpy path or park grass, you can’t move as effortlessly. Also the bottom basket could stand to be a little larger, but we make it work! I bought the Joolz Aer+ during a really good Black Friday deal. No regrets, it’s working out great for us!

Interesting! Yeah she even made a comment about how Nuna and Uppababy don't even compare to each other (meaning Nuna was far superior). And I said well thats not what users say... and the difference in feel was pretty noticable. Nuna is known for terrible customer service too. Now, I DO want the Nuna pipa car seat. I was really excited about the UB Aria, but it is so short in person and my husband is 6'3". It also has a pretty acute angle at the hips so a baby would be folded and it looked so uncomfortable. I wanted to do the lighter Nuna carseat (Aire Rx), but it's $100 more and if you compare the weight to the Pipa with the canopy and padding in it, it's only 0.2 pounds different. So we will do the Pipa carseat with the UB Cruz stroller!

Yeah the safety of the Nuna Pipa with the Relx base was important to me too! I knew I had to get that car seat so stroller pick ultimately came down to what worked with that car seat.

We went with the Nuna Swiv for all of those reasons — it’s very light without feeling as flimsy as the other Nuna option we saw (Triv) but the Vista just felt slightly heavier than I wanted and not as easy to maneuver. We also live in a city, so will likely be toting the stroller up and down stairs from time to time. We went with the Nuna Pipa Rx for car seat too.

FTM (still pregnant) and I was comparing the pipa and aria- aria was soooo much better feeling in person! In comparison, pipa felt bulky and heavy. We went with aria and vista.
