Thread: "Baby strollers…is it really worth spending $500?"
Ask your parents what your budget is and get the best stroller you can within that budget. I bought a britax b-ready when I needed a double stroller and I really wish I’d bought it when my first was born. Its an expensive stroller, but I would have saved money in the long run if I’d started out with it. It’s fantastic and has a bunch of different configurations. It’s now almost 10 years old and still is really great condition. I’m currently using it with baby three.
Thread: "Regret purchases anyone?"
Haha I also hated our Britax travel system. We used the bucket seat for 3 months. The stroller was not good for any of our needs--it wasn't rugged enough for gravel trails, and it wasn't really small enough for errands. Other regrets....baby has slept in his crib once in 9 months. Everything else I've managed to flip for at least as much as I paid, so I'm not super broken up about it.

Love my babybee rover, it barely.got a rest between my 21 babe and my 24 babe. I also have a Britax glide lite for travel.. don't love it. My girls posture in it is so fkn weird, basket is inaccessible and jr's a bit wobbly. Debating whether I want to look at something different for second babe now that she's 1 and I want a more light travel style one
Thread: "Strollers - what did you wish you knew before you bought?"
I’m almost 6months in and just purchased my second stroller. My first was a baby shower gift, it’s a britax with the infant seat. It’s my every day stroller, keep it in the trunk of my car and use it 99% of the time. I recently bought a peg perego jogging stroller (second hand for cheap) and use it when I’m taking the dogs for walks, walking around town or going jogging/running. It’s bigger and bulkier than my britax, but it’s a lot easier to push, and the handle is a lot more adjustable so it’s great for my 6’3 husband. I’d say consider what you’re going to use it for, and what’s the most important thing. If you have a tiny car and folding small, look for that. If it’s more off-road use, go that route. If it’s super important to be able to use double, or have a bassinet option those are the ones to focus on. As much as they’re all different I think they’re also very similar ☺️
Thread: "Bob jogger for everyday stroller???"
Hi! So we ended up going with the Britax travel system. It is ok. We hated the infant car seat it came with and ended up just transitioning her to the Britax convertible car seat pretty early on because she hated it so much. We like the stroller though!

The best ones I have ever seen are Cybex balios S combi, and then britax B-agile. If you can visit a store wich has these ones you will know exactly what I mean when you see them.
Thread: "Are expensive strollers worth it?"
As someone who had a child after 80% of their friends I had an advantage of seeing what others spent their money on and what didn’t work out. The stroller was our splurge item for sure. Whatever works for people’s budgets and needs - it’s not a one size fits all stroller world lol

My sister had a baby 2 years ago, so she gave me her [Doona](https://www.shopdoona.com/products/doona-car-seat-stroller?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9ZTCh6Se9QIVx_bICh19xQoWEAAYASAAEgKBbvD_BwE) car seat/stroller. It has made life and travel so easy. I wouldn’t recommend it for walks or off road stuff. I also was gifted the [Britax](https://www.buybuybaby.com/store/product/britax-b-free-b-safe-gen2-flexfit-travel-system/5573859) stroller/car seat set -this one is good for runs/off roading.
