Totally disagree. The ikea chair doesn’t have 5 point harness or a foot rest, both important safety features. You have to buy a pad for it and a footrest and at that point, you could have bought the boon grub, which has all those things for 100 dollars.

I’m pretty happy with the Boon Grub. It’s super easy to clean - you can easily remove the tray, remove the seat, and spray them in the sink. The cushion is small and can be washed and tumble dried. My daughter seems comfy in it too!

I bought the boon grub on marketplace and I love it! My 4 month old sits well in it and it’s super easy to clean! I tossed the chair I used for my first because it was so terrible to clean.
