Baby should be chest to chest, this is not a safe position to carry in as it’s a suffocation risk.
Thread: "Fit Check: Konny baby carrier "
This is not a safe carry, please remove baby immediately. This is a huge positional asphyxiation risk. Baby needs to be upright, chest to chest, close enough to kiss WITHOUT straining your head downward, and one of the most important is that baby's chin isn't against their chest (a cradle position like this does NOT meet that criteria). Also, this carrier has a third pass, and it is not optional when carrying safely Remember TICKS when babywearing: Tight, In view at all times, Close enough to kiss, Keep chin off chest, and Supported back

Agree with all of the above! I will say (as someone who has this carrier), it looks like OP is using the third pass tied underneath the baby’s bottom. This is incorrect, as the top of the third pass should be at the nap of baby’s neck to ensure they can’t fall forward out of the carrier.
Thread: "Fit check please! Konny flex carrier - LO is 6 weeks 4.6kgs"
From the pic it looks like babe has a good seat, tho they could be higher (high enough to kiss without you over extending your neck). Also it looks like the carry could be more snug. Next time you put him in make sure you put the wrap as snug as a bathing suit ;) good job mama! And congrats!
Thread: "Has anyone here tried the Konny Flex? If so, do you have any reviews? Looking at that Vs K'tan, but obviously k'tan would require us to get two separate carriers, for me and my husband. Thanks!"
I haven’t tried the flex but l had both the k’tan and summer Konny and the Konny was easier and far more comfortable because of the back panel vs the k’tan’s loop thing. You can’t do as many carry positions but I only ever used front in facing anyway. I tried to do a ring sling style hip carry with the k’tan when Lo was old enough but it just wasn’t supportive enough and I had to hold him with one arm to keep him in, so it can’t really do anything more than the Konny anyway.

Looks pretty much like the baby ktan. A few suspect stock photos, but overall looks solid. I'm so educator.

I love mine, I can’t recommend it enough

Sorry not an expert but I was just wondering how you like this wrap? I’ve been thinking about getting the same one for a while 😅

Just chiming in, I also love my Konny carrier. Still using it at 11 months. It’s great because it’s small enough to throw in pretty much every bag and less complicated than a traditional cloth carrier (the one large piece of fabric). Hope this helps!

Husband and I have the Konny Flex. He is actually cleaning the kitchen while baby wearing right now. I love it - there is a bit of a learning curve for how to wear it but it is so easy once you have the hang of it. The thing I had the most trouble with was having the mesh piece up to high, my husband likened the back mesh to a binocular harness and put it on correct straight away lol I was worried about the straps that you can tighten would loosen on their own as you moved around, but they are really secure and have a stitched bit so that they can never fully undo. My husband is tall and slim and I am short and slim so although our heights are different our torso sizes are comparable, so the Flex works really well for us and I may sometimes tighten it up a bit for me but mostly it just stays on one setting and works for both of us. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thread: "Thoughts on the Konny baby wrap? I had the hardest time figuring out the wrap with my first. The Konny seems pretty easy."
Warning: thoughts from someone who doesn’t have a baby yet and knows nothing about baby wearing. I bought the Konny Flex which is adjustable so both husband and I can use it, or if I change size, because the regular Konny has a pretty specific size range associated with it. I also actually bought a size down from what their size quiz was recommending… their website is contradictory. There’s a page where you can take a quiz and I got Medium, but there’s also pictures of women wearing each size with their height and weight listed, and from those I clearly should have been a small. The size quiz came back as 2XL for my husband but then the site also says somewhere that men should wear their usually t-shirt size, which for him is an L, bordering on M if anything. The Konny flex comes in something like S-XL or M-2XL (not 100% sure) so I ended up buying the S-XL because the quiz seemed fishy. I wonder if that’s why the other poster mentioned it seems like they’re always too big.

Just a note, I ended up returning my konny for a bigger size, this was for the mesh but it ran SUPER small. Ended up with the momcozy one that’s almost identical and I’m happy with it! Much cheaper too.

That is actually a very helpful comparison - thank you!!

They are legit, and I love the flex carrier! It’s a perfect combo between structured carrier and sling for when she was little. Easily fits in the diaper bag for on the go, much quicker than a moby wrap for around the house, and stylish. I mostly used it for contact napping around the house. I’ve worn it for smaller hikes in a pinch, but would recommend something more structured if you are out and about for more than an hour. I recommend getting the flex style though, as the I’ve read the original is hard to size correctly. Unless you are an XXL in the US, go with their smaller size. I was at the top end of their suggested size chart for the smaller size so ordered the larger one, and it was humongous.

Are baby's legs comfy like that? Would bub be more comfy in froggy (with feet tucked in)? Use the sash to provide more head support, by spreading it from baby's shoulders to butt. I also posted about my konny flex a couple of months ago and there was a super helpful comment on there that had a lot of tips. I love my konny flex - still my favourite carrier.
Thread: "Thoughts on Konny Baby Carriers?"
I liked mine a lot, actually. I didn’t go by their size guide, but by the actual reviews on Amazon. The size I got fit well and my baby was plenty high and very secure. The only downside now is that I’ve lost weight, it’s too big. But then again my daughter was too heavy for it by the time it became too loose on me!

I love my Konny Flex! It was very easy to get used to, you just need to wear it like a tshirt and it fits both my husband and I
