Thread: "Gooseket vs Senarah vs Tushbaby"

Update: I tried the Gooseket and I’m not a fan. I find it difficult to get my toddler in/out of it. I wonder if the scoop seat of the Senarah would work better but I feel they are more or less the same. It also starts to feel heavy faster than the Tushbaby, it just puts pressure in a different place. Tushbaby just works better for me.

I am considering the Gooseket but would love to hear actual recommendations from people who've used them.

I got the Gooseket and it’s useful for basically still carrying your child yourself but with an assist. Honestly sometimes having my kid sit on my crossbody bag worked just as well, but the weight distribution on the Gooseket is better by far.

I like my gooseket! It’s not hands free, but using it feels like having a third hand holding baby. I can use one arm around him and have the other free to do things while the sling holds most of his weight. If you get baby in a hip carry and position the strap over the cap of your shoulder it takes the weight off your neck/trap

I’ve thought about that and a loop—which led me to look into the Gooseket. Most ring slings I’ve seen are marked safe for up to 25 lb. My kid is currently 35 lb.
