I have the Dagne Dover backpack and it works well for us. That said, I agonized over the choice and then I don’t really think about it now - it’s just a backpack that we throw everything in, and we use a belt bag for most short outings. But it’s held up very well!

I have 2 Dagne Dover bags and they’re great so if that’s what you really want, go for it! And idk why you’re under the impression it’ll get formula & pee all over it 🤣 I’ve never had an issue with the bag itself getting dirty or exposed to bodily fluids.

I know it’s expensive, but I ADORE my Dagne Dover diaper backpack. It fits SO much stuff, is easy to clean, and looks cute. Cannot say enough good things about this bag!

Spilled a giant milkshake on my Dagne Dover while getting out of the car, and I had a flight home the next day. Was able to wash and dry it overnight and looks good as new!

We have the Dagne Dover diaper backpack and use it for everyday and when we travel. It fits a good amount of stuff and is essentially just a backpack with a changing mat, some zipper bags and a front pocket for wipes. My son is now 21 months and honestly you could use any bag as a diaper bag, but we’ve had this since the beginning.

lol SAME! Did so much research and tbh it’s just a boring black bag that was very expensive (tho it’s admittedly worked well for us, I just think lots of other bags would have too)

I was gifted a Dagne Dover diaper backpack and that thing is heavy. I’ve only used it when we travel and need to bring a lot with us. I mostly use a regular backpack (Baggu sport backpack that I usually use for work) or one of my purses (also Baggu nylon shoulder bag, medium crescent, or Fanny pack) depending on how much stuff I need to bring. I find the shoulder bag fits a good amount of my personal items and diaper essentials. I have a pouch in the bag that has 3 diapers, a changing mat, a change of clothes, and wipes. I baby wear a lot so the Fanny pack and backpack are nice so I can be totally hands free.

I’m a purse lover, so yes…I do wear a purse. BUT my diaper bag is a dagne dover backpack, so it’s easy to throw on over a small crossbody or camera bag.

What size did you end up getting? I'm eyeing this one as well and can't decide if the medium is big enough or not.

I bought a Dagne Dover Indi Backpack and got gifted a second-hand Ruvalino. Both I have not had a chance to use because our hospital gifted us a diaper bag that has been suuuper handy and functional. — think wide opening on top and lots of pockets inside AND stroller straps built into the backpack strap itself. If I had to purchase one again, I would splurge on a Mina Baie diaper bag as it looks great for work as well.

I have the large Dagne Dover Indi Backpack and it can hold a lot of stuff. It has tons of organization pockets which makes it easy to find things quickly. I typically carry 8-10 diapers, wipes, changing pad, dry bag, ziploc bag, two baby outfits, one burb cloth, 3 small toys, one crinkle book, baby sunglasses, baby hat, my sunglasses, hand sanitizer, one bottle, diaper trash bags, pacifier holder with pacifier, diaper cream, diaper balm, nipple pads, Tylenol, Zrytec, thermometer, baby pouches, baby water bottle, keys, blanket, disposable changing pad, a personal pouch for myself including lip gloss, chapstick, hairbrush, hair ties, bandaids, wallet, etc.

I have the Dagne Dover backpack which is fine but I don’t like having to dig in the bag to find everything and don’t really like the aesthetic that much either. Now (almost 11 months) I’m more likely to just carry stuff in the stroller basket in one of the many child-sized backpacks we got as baby gifts. If I’m not taking the stroller I’ll use a nicer reusable shopping bag. If I have another kid I think I may ignore all the usual advice and get some kind of tote, I don’t think the backpack style is for me. These days our bag has: bottle(s), formula container, changing pad from the Dagne Dover backpack, wipes, diapers, a couple of spare outfits, travel size diaper cream, a couple of small toys or books, and a pouch or two. I’ve also started bringing some Motrin because I always end up needing it when I don’t have it. It’s such a relief to be on solids and know that, worst case scenario, we could just get him regular food while out if needed. Going anywhere back in his pumped breast milk/formula only days was so stressful from a prep perspective. He was also a spit-up machine so we had to bring like 3 bibs per hour we planned to be away lol.
