They changed it to the current nipples back in 2021 when I had my first. I hated them. The old type was better imo. I think the flow is too slow so if you go with them, you might need to size up quicker.

I loved and used Avent nipples for my first two kids, born 2019 and 2021. By the time I bought them for my third kid earlier this year, they are absolutely terrible. They clog up all the time. However, I bought the Avent anti-colic set and those nipples are great! It’s just the regular ones that are bad. They must have changed something recently because they were originally my go-to bottle.
