Spectra Gold is my everyday main pump I use 3x a day when at work. For that type of use I’d say it is 10/10 on. It is not mobile friendly however, it’s heavy and bulky and the tubing that comes with the pump limits you to being right next to it (I replaced mine with maymom so I could sit comfortably). It does have dual motors and I love I can adjust my sensitive slacker side lol. The suction is great, I always feel it empties me compared to using wearable pumps like the momcozy. I paid a $10 upgrade fee for mine through in insurance and have been nothing but happy with it for the past 10 months.

Elvie works well for me. I use spectra gold at home and Elvie at work..it empties me the same. Just make sure to get multiple sets of parts, wet to dry bag.. it will make your life a lot easier

So much this! Love the heat and gentle mode as well as natural both give me the same if not more milk than my spectra gold. It’s been a game changer for me to not be chained to being home between pumps!

So, the blue spectra is great but omg I think the spectra gold is the best ever. Two separate motors so you can do different vacuum levels or turn one side off in the middle of pumping. Wish it had a built in battery like the blue spectra though.
