Another vote for Pumpables Genie Advanced! I’ve paired it with the Pumpables liquid flanges, Spectra flanges, and Legendairy milk cups - had success with all of them.
OP, I don’t have a toddler but I am a surgeon and always on the go, and I find the Genie Advanced a perfect combo of function (empties efficiently like my Spectra) and portability.
I have the Elvie as well, secondhand from another surgeon, which works okay but a little finicky and less efficient for me, but the tubing free aspect is nice. My colleagues and lactation consultants all despise the Momcozy (poor customer service, very hit or miss, many parts), but I haven’t tried it myself.

Second this! Love my spectra s2 (plugged in version of the s1) and my pumpables genie advance! I actually use the spectra flanges with my pumpables, when the liquid shield silicone needed to be replaced (all silicone parts wear out on any pump), my output was significantly affected, which was too often (literally every 2-3wks) for me exclusively pumping. Much easier to keep extra duckbills on hand. pumpables took a while to ship and I'm too ADD to be on top of that.

Definitely going to give it a try, m5 cups are so much more comfortable!
