Thread: "Worth it to upgrade to the hospital-grade wearable pump?"

There isn't a wearable that's going to work as well as a plug-in pump in my opinion. Some people might just have really large capacity and wearables happen to work but for most it's just a supplemental pump, it doesn't even count as a main pump because it can't empty that well. That being said the pumpable's genie Advanced is my main pump and with their flanges and a pump strap you can have both hands to do stuff if you wanted it only in bra you could hack it with the legendary milk cups which I found empty decent. I also have an elvie, it's not very useful. Could also change your pump schedule where you do it while you commute, lunch break and try to bump sessions when you are home. To hit that 2 hours of pump time per day which is needed for some people to maintain supply but not everyone.

Thread: "Recs for best handsfree pump?"

Another vote for Pumpables Genie Advanced! I’ve paired it with the Pumpables liquid flanges, Spectra flanges, and Legendairy milk cups - had success with all of them. OP, I don’t have a toddler but I am a surgeon and always on the go, and I find the Genie Advanced a perfect combo of function (empties efficiently like my Spectra) and portability. I have the Elvie as well, secondhand from another surgeon, which works okay but a little finicky and less efficient for me, but the tubing free aspect is nice. My colleagues and lactation consultants all despise the Momcozy (poor customer service, very hit or miss, many parts), but I haven’t tried it myself.

Another vote for baby Buddha! With my first baby, I used the Legendairy milk cups. This time, I switched to Medela cups — only three parts so they’re super easy to clean!

Thread: "Best Breast Pump for Low Supply?"

I’m glad you like it! I use the Lacteck flanges and Legendairy Milk cups! I never used the flanges it comes with so I can’t compare, but both the ones I use are comfortable! I also use the CoBoo Pumping spray every time (ordered on Amazon). If you’re not using lubrication you could try that first before new flanges!

Thread: "Which are ur fave portable breast pump???"

I had the Spectra S1 at my office and the Baby Buddha with Legendairy Milk Cups for the car. This combo worked great for me, and I was able to get about the same amount through either setup.
