I also have the Spectra S1 and love it. I'll add that I recently started using LacTeck flanges with Maymom adapters. https://www.lacteck.com/collections/store/products/4th-gen-babymotion-flange-one-pair https://www.amazon.com/Maymom-Widemouth-Connector-Compatible-PersonalFit/dp/B07WD385MM I had been using Maymom hard plastic flanges in my proper size with no pain or discomfort. But my output practically doubled once I started using the LacTeck flanges.

I love my spectra synergy gold but I can’t not be up and moving while pumping. The s1 may be “portable” but it’s fucking huge man. I bought a [pumpables genie advanced](https://pumpables.kckb.st/9114de37) and it’s just as much power and emptying capability as my spectra and I can even use all my spectra parts with it if I wanted to. However I prefer the liquid kits over the spectra parts, and now I prefer lacteck flanges/maymom adapter/spectra soft pieces over that!

I love the lacteck flanges. I find them more comfortable than any others I've tried. I use these [adapter ](https://www.amazon.com/Maymom-Widemouth-Connector-Compatible-PersonalFit/dp/B07WD385MM/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=3HP345MEMR2X6&keywords=maymom+adapter+spectra+lacteck&qid=1638540493&sprefix=maymom+adapter+spectra+lacteck%2Caps%2C132&sr=8-3) ETA: these adapters fit the spectra bottles, avent bottles, and Medela and lansinoh bags.

I’m glad you like it! I use the Lacteck flanges and Legendairy Milk cups! I never used the flanges it comes with so I can’t compare, but both the ones I use are comfortable! I also use the CoBoo Pumping spray every time (ordered on Amazon). If you’re not using lubrication you could try that first before new flanges!
