Thread: "Best portables with hospital grade suction?"

I use Freemie cups with a baby Buddha and the suction is pretty strong. Comparable to my Spectra.

Thread: "Best Pump for Working Moms"

I used the Freemie cups with my spectra so that I could wear them in my bra and still use my keyboard.

Yes!! This is the setup I used, but the BB pump can be hacked to work with almost any brand components! https://medium.com/@jyzhou/hacking-motherhood-i-finally-found-the-perfect-breast-pump-20979c2f519a The Freemie cups come in two sizes, the slim fit ones were the best for me, I didn’t make enough to need the regular ones (and honestly they would have been huge for me). I got them directly from the Freemie website since they had a sale and it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. But they’re on Amazon too!

Wait this sounds great! I’m going to google freemie cups. Bc the Buddha was great for suction/extraction and power. I just felt like I couldn’t do dishes, wash bottles, pick anything up with the giant bottles protruding

Third vote for baby Buddha but with the freemie cups- was not a fan of the flanges that came with the pump. Hospital grade suction on the go is that girl.
