I've had the BabyBuddha for a month and I wish I had gotten it sooner. it empties me wonderfully. I started with a Spectra S1 b/c my insurance paid for it. It's okay, but I don't have three hours a day to sit in one place.
Second time EPer here, got the BabyBuddha this time and really like it. It empties as efficiently as my Spectra, but it is very strong. I hacked it with Medela parts to be more comfortable. I still use my S2 occasionally, but the BabyBuddha quickly became my primary!

Just a tip if anyone has a BabyBuddha - cut the cables short and use a cup (such as a cara cup).
